We now also offer stock plans through our affiliates at The Cool House Plans Company and eplans. They offer a variety of options when purchasing your plans. You can order either a single set, 5 or 8 sets of blue prints. You can also order a reproducible set, PDF or CAD file.
If you find a set of plans you like and would like them modified, we offer a discount to modify any set of plans purchased through our site (If you would like to modify your plans, it is recommended that you order them in CAD format). We can also take any concept or image from the site and design a complete custom home for you.
